BRIEF The HR Senior Executive supports day-to-day HR operations
with a strong focus on recruitment
. This role also provides administrative support in employee onboarding and other related processes to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including stakeholders management (hiring manager), job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and new joiner follow up.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare new staff appointment documents, including offer letters, contracts, job descriptions and onboarding forms.
Coordinate onboarding arrangements such as business cards, email creation, and first-day logistics.
Assist in strengthening the company’s employer brand through social media, university engagement, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
