Within Group HR Digital & Data, reporting to the HR Digital Transformation program Director, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our HR function supporting our evolving business and people strategy. We encourage anyone with strong Project Management experience to apply.

You will lead impactful and innovative HR projects across all phases, from conception through management and operationalization. You will also coordinate change/enhancement processes and play a role of integrator in transversal end‑to‑end transformation projects. You will also be a reference when it comes to HR project management and related best practices. You will be a key pillar of the HR project managers community and will share your knowledge, and leverage other colleagues’ experience in designing scalable, global solutions.
