Opportunity Description
HR Services Manager
Purpose Provides guidance and direction regarding the preparation and distribution of the organization´s salaried and hourly payrolls. Maintains selected general ledger accounts related to payroll results, processing complex transactions and analysing the outcome and report on results. May coordinate and oversee payroll function for small to mid-sized country.
Key Accountabilities
- Designs and/or ensures compliance with multiple payroll processes including calculating gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.).
- Maintain payroll-specific records (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.).
