Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Payroll Staff in a payroll service provider company
- Experience handling end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
- Understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, and employment laws
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good knowledge of local HR practices and policies, incl. manpower law, social security/BPJS, income tax
