HR Solutions Employee Advisor
Location: Davidson, NC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST shifts)
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Solutions Employee Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for employees needing support across a variety of HR topics, including benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, retirement, and corporate programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
What You’ll Do
+ Respond to employee inquiries across HR topics via phone and other channels
+ Manage a high volume of cases (35+ daily) with accuracy and efficiency
+ Research and resolve issues, aiming for first-contact resolution
+ Interpret HR policies and provide clear, professional guidance
+ Document all interactions in case management systems
