Opportunity Description
The HR Specialist will support all people-related agenda, with focus on organization development, culture, communication and capability building. The roleholder will also support the full spectrum of HR practices and the design and implementation of HR policies, processes and programs in order to address employee needs.
The individual will be responsible for the review and implementation of locally applicable people processes and policies, the creation of people-related communication, and serve as a first point of contact for general people related concerns. The roleholder will partner with the HR Business Partners, in‑market teams and People COEs to ensure smooth service delivery and implementation of HR initiatives; as well as remain informed of global HR initiatives and ensure local policies, processes, and programs are aligned and effectively implemented.
