Qualifications
- To provide all-rounded human resources and administration support, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, onboarding/offboarding, etc;
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR documents, reports as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
- Well verse of Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ...
