BASIC FUNCTION
Under the general supervision of the Manager HR, is responsible for processes personnel administrative changes such as: new hires, quits, transfers, employee performance evaluations, etc. prepares Social Security changes notices and obtains corresponding authorizations.
Elaboration of several documentation, like absenteeism report, tardiness permits, pre-payroll reports for every foreman.
Responsible for implementing and coordinating training initiatives and instilling the KOS philosophy to the training function.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing to new workers: ID Credentials, Uniforms, lockers, etc.
- Support contact with the Cafeteria of the Company.
Assist on conducing periodic surveys about the service and monitor all the daily issues related.
