Human Resources Specialist The Human Resources Specialist supports daily HR operations and helps ensure a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, policy communication, and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality and supporting organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees, including preparing documentation and completing required forms.
