HR Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for technical roles (Embedded, PCB, Core Engineering profiles). Handle employee grievance resolution professionally and efficiently. Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Assist in HR compliance, audits, training (including IATF), and documentation. Work on HRMS and ATS tools for employee data management and hiring processes. Coordinate onboarding and induction processes. Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and policies. Collaborate with different departments to support hiring and HR initiatives. Requirements Hands-on experience with ATS (Zoho Recruit) and HRMS tools (e.g., greytHR). Good understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labor laws. Experience in hiring for technical/engineering roles (Embedded, PCB, etc.).
