Opportunity Description
You will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of human resources and rewards programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing employment-related matters such as
hiring, onboarding, contract administration, terminations, and retirements Maintaining accurate
personnel records
related to
benefits, compensation, leave management, and retirement Compiling and submitting
statistical reports
for internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies Administering and implementing
compensation and benefits
programs in line with company policies Overseeing and managing relationships with
HR outsourcing vendors Handling
end-to-end payroll processing
and ensuring timely submission of government-related taxes and statutory contributions in compliance with relevant regulations Coordinating the
recruitment and selection process
