Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee 201 files (physical and digital).
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements.
- Ensure completeness of pre‑employment requirements.
- Prepare HR‑related documents (COE, memos, NTE, contracts, etc.).
3. Employee Relations
- Address minor employee concerns and elevate when necessary.
- Assist in implementing company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and programs.
