Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee relations.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Manage recruitment processes, facilitate employee relations, and support HR initiatives.
- Willing to be assigned in FPIP, Sto Tomas
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years in HR roles, preferably in recruiting.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, employee relations, and social recruitment skills.
