Key Responsibilities

+ Strategic Alignment: Develop medium- and long-term HR plans that mirror the company's growth and business objectives.

+ Organizational Design: Refine company structures, job classifications, and job descriptions to streamline operations.

+ Change Management: Devise plans to drive corporate culture management and smooth organizational restructuring.

+ People Analytics: Utilize data and HR metrics to assess workplace health, identify KPIs, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

+ Policy & Compliance: Establish and integrate company policies that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

+ HR Technology: Evaluate and advise on implementing suitable HR tech stacks (e.g., HRIS, ATS) to automate processes

Qualifications & Requirements

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Mas...
