As PalmPay expands its footprint across Southeast Asia, our Philippines HR team is strengthening its strategic capabilities — especially in fair, competitive, and compliant reward systems. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy, data‑driven decision‑making, and local regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize compensation structures (base pay, allowances, incentives) aligned with Philippine market benchmarks (e.g., Aon, Mercer PH surveys), internal equity, and PalmPay’s growth stage.
- Oversee end-to-end management of statutory and discretionary benefits — including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, 13th‑month pay, COLA, performance bonuses, and emerging offerings (e.g., flexible benefits, wellness stipends).
