As part of NAV CANADA's team, this analyst role requires collaboration to gather system requirements and oversee Workday bi-annual tests. You will monitor and manage HR integration logs while developing user documentation and supporting the broader HR team on various initiatives. This position demands a strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR Pipeline and align with Azure backlog
• Lead testing for lifecycle changes and Workday updates

• Provide front line support for HR teams
