Overview

The Human Resources Generalist for Latin America plays a critical role in advancing the People Team's priorities by supporting the HR Director, LAR, HR Business Partner, HR Generalists, and Talent Acquisition teams. This role helps implement and execute key people programs that are essential to attracting, developing, deploying, and managing a geographically dispersed workforce across the Latin America region.

Reporting & Partnerships

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Latin America, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) provides comprehensive HR support across the nine countries and 10 Business Units where TNC operates in Latin America.
