About the Role

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of Learning and Development programs to build workforce capability and support organisational priorities.
• Partner to select divisions on all enterprise Talent & Culture initiatives and divisional specific issues; including but not limited to understanding challenges / gaps and solutioning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Learning and Development Programs

Lead the end‑to‑end management of Learning and Development programs, including needs analysis, solution design, delivery, vendor management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Translate business strategy and future capability requirements into fit‑for‑purpose learning solutions and development pathways.
