We are currently recruiting a HR - Payroll Team Leader – Italian Speaker for a SSC in Porto .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the payroll team responsible for the Italian market
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local legislation
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries and escalations
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery excellence
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Provide coaching and development to team members
