We’re looking for a **HR Technology Analyst - ServiceNow / PowerBI** to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of HR Technology and team to implement and enhance HR systems, ensure accurate and efficient data transfers, and drive innovative solutions that support business operations. You’ll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes to optimize system functionality, improve reporting, and deliver exceptional customer support.
**Essential Functions**
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS/Payroll system functionality and related business practices.
+ Develop and manage project plans for HRIS initiatives, mentoring team members on project management best practices.
+ Evaluate, implement, and configure new HR systems, modules, and data transfers.
