This role is responsible for leading the day‑to‑day operation, support, and continuous improvement of AUT’s HR technology and reporting systems, including Snaphire, Technology1, and ServiceNow. You will lead a small team while remaining close to the work—supporting problem solving, improving system functionality, and ensuring delivery across a busy and varied work programme.
