Opportunity Description
Based at our Irapuato Plant, this is not a traditional HR role. You will be embedded in the heart of our manufacturing operations, where precision and efficiency are vital. Your mission is to transform raw industrial HR data into intelligent systems. You will work on the shop floor of digital HR—building apps, managing databases, and implementing AI tools that directly impact our workforce's productivity and the plant's operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Data Engineering: Manage and query complex databases (SQL Server, NoSQL, Oracle, Apache) to ensure HR metrics are accurate and real‑time.
- Industrial Automation: Develop automated workflows using Python and Microsoft Power Apps to replace manual tracking in areas like shift management, training compliance, and personnel logistics.
