JOB TITLE : HR 3P Vendor Management Lead

REPORTS TO : HR Head

SALARY RANGE :

The HR - 3P Vendor Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the management of our third‑party manpower vendors, ensuring efficient and effective staffing solutions to support our growing business. The HR 3P Vendor Management Lead also ensures vendor compliance, service quality, cost‑effectiveness, and alignment with store‑level staffing needs. It also drives standardization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across outsourced workforce engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor‑related escalations across stores and departments
• Train store managers and HRBPs on vendor protocols, escalation paths, and compliance expectations
