ㆍApplication and management of government subsidy
ㆍOverall human resources work
ㆍRecruiting Staffing: Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
ㆍPrepare all HR legal documents such as staff confirmation letter, labor contract, appendix to labor contract, decision, etc...
ㆍFollow up, monitor staff probation/labor contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws.
ㆍAssist to develop and implement company policies, handbooks, working procedures, etc
ㆍFollow Job fair, Seminar any event related to recruitment start-up
ㆍContact to suppliers, purchase office equipment and stationeries
ㆍReport, policy process: Prepare report in an accurate timely manner,...
