Roles and Responsibilities The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management, employees and designated business units to achieve its strategic and operational objectives.ResponsibilitiesTo enforce implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organizationActively participates in annual budget planning forecasting process with business partners.
