Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent recruitment process for Indonesia region, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, background investigation and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements, formulate and implement localized talent recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from on-boarding, in-service employment to off-boarding, ensuring standardized procedures and smooth employee experience.
- Ensure all HR operations and practices are fully compliant with Indonesia local laws and regulations.
- Assist in managing the compensation and benefits system to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and liaise with outsourced payroll service providers.
