Opportunity Description
The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day Human Resources Information System (HRIS) support related to development, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS system, Workday. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with various departments to support implementation/enhancement of HRIS processes and functionalities. This position will also be the owner of reporting and analytics by gathering data, running and analyzing reports, creating simple to complex reports in the HRIS system, and providing monthly/quarterly data metrics to key stakeholders. Configure, maintain, and support Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance, and Learning modules.
