HRIS Senior Analyst

The HRIS Senior Analyst (Workday) supports HCM and reporting modules within Workday. Investigates system issues including root cause analysis and resolution. Provides associate centric support. Performs system configuration and testing. Builds advanced and matrix reports, dashboards and hubs. Supports annual programs including Benefits Open Enrollment, ACA, Performance Review and Compensation Review. Supports training and development of HR team members and the broader organization.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week on-site at our Northbrook, IL office.

+ Create and maintain organizational data structures within Workday.
+ Lead requirements gathering in collaboration with internal HR and HR COE teams
+ Build Advanced and Matrix reporting to support Organizational needs.
+ Lead harmonization, configuration and testing of business processes.
