Opportunity Description
To support HRIS operations by maintaining system performance, providing technical support, and ensuring data accuracy through analysis, to enable efficient, standardized HR processes in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain HRIS performance and availability through monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to users and assist in resolving system issues and usage inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular validation and data correction.
- Handle HRIS incidents/tickets in accordance with SLA and escalate when necessary.
- Support system implementation, enhancements, and UAT activities.
- Manage user access, master data, and system configurations.
