HSE Advisor – Commercial / Multi-Res Construction
$140k – $160k + Super | Greater Brisbane | Permanent
Privately owned builder-developer with a strong reputation across SEQ is looking to bring in a couple of HSE Advisors to support a growing pipeline of commercial and multi-residential projects (typically $30m–$100m). Well-established business with low staff turnover, tier-one aligned systems, and a genuine focus on work-life balance. Roles are site-based, Monday to Friday, with projects kept local to minimise travel.
Role
- Site-based HSE Advisor across commercial and multi-res projects (generally $30m–$50m, up to ~$100m)
- Acting as the lead safety presence on site, managing subcontractors and day-to-day WHS compliance
