HSE ENGINEER

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer to join a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE standards, UAE regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across infrastructure and building construction projects. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH) and ISO 45001 standards Review and approve RAMS, JSA, and Risk Assessments Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce compliance Prepare HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Deliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks Promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all project activities Requirements Bachelors Degree (Mandatory) NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (International) ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
