HSE & Management Systems Specialist

The Group HSE & Management Systems Specialist acts as a Group Centre‑of‑Expertise, responsible for the design, development, standardisation and continuous improvement of group‑wide processes, policies, standards and management systems. The role is based in DMESS Abu Dhabi and supports the organisation globally through remote, strategic and system‑oriented delivery, rather than local operational execution.

The role reports directly to the Group Director HSSE. It operates within a matrix governance structure and works closely with the Division Leadership Teams and supporting organisation’s HSE functions.
