To strengthen our team at the site level, we are looking for a dedicated HSE Manager BSF Site Development (a), 100 -Sisslerfeld . In this key role, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment across all our site operations.

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all HSE concepts and standards.
• Act as the main responsible person for HSE internally and externally.
• Develop and execute hazard and risk assessments (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP).
• Establish occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene programs; coordinate and document hygiene measurements.
• Define HSE requirements for site projects and ensure alignment with Quality/GMP, Global HSE, and local HSE teams.
