Duties and Responsibilities:
Line-manage the HSE Advisor and HSE Coordinator, providing regular 1:1s, objective setting, development plans and performance reviews.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure the team deliver high-quality HSE support.Prioritise team workload and coordinate allocation of site visits, investigations and audits.Champion a positive safety culture and ensure HSE is embedded in day-to-day operations.Influence managers and supervisors to take accountability for safety performance.Ensure the company complies with UK health, safety and environmental legislation (HSWA, RIDDOR, CDM, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, EA regulations, etc.).Maintain and update HSE policies, procedures and safe systems of work....
