Job Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards.
- Monitor work activities including civil, infrastructure, precast, bridge, road, tunnel, desalination, and building projects.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workforce and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
