HSE Officer (UAE National)

Position Overview

The Consultant Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that all construction and project activities comply with UAE HSE regulations, applicable international standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001), and project-specific/client safety requirements. The role involves proactive monitoring of workplace safety, accident prevention, inspections, audits, advisory support to project teams, and liaison with local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, ADM / ADOSH Safety Framework, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve Contractor HSE Plans, Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Safe Operating Procedures (SOP), Lifting Plans, and related documents prior to commencement of work, ensuring compliance with legal, client, and project requirements.
