HSE Team Leader - Civil Infrastructure

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and programs specifically tailored for large-scale civil infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring effective execution of HSE plans across all project sites.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses for complex construction activities, developing and overseeing mitigation measures.
• Oversee the investigation of all incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
