Opportunity Description
The role will involve , greeting and booking patients in on arrival at the hub site and patient satisfaction surveys. Full induction will be provided.
Our Hub sites are located across the borough & we have sessions available on :-
- Saturday - 10:00 - 16:00
The above are at site is based WN6.
We also have other hub sites with overtime available across the Wigan borough.
Full Inductions and training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
The role involves booking patients in on arrival, Professionally deal with any queries as they arise and keep the GP's informed if any changes occur to the prebooked appointments.
To be confident with patients and professional at all times.
Ensure a handover is completed to your service coordinator if applicable and all keys & equipment are returned to the designated place.
Audit checks to be completed on every session and Patient surveys to be distributed accordingly...
