Position : HubSpot Specialist

Salary : PHP 100,000 -200,000 per month

Working Hours & Conditions : Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours

OVERVIEW:

HubSpot is live and the sales team uses it daily. This role exists to take ownership of the platform — build out automations, clean up data, integrate with the broader tech stack, and help move the business away from manual spreadsheet-driven processes toward a connected, scalable system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build HubSpot workflow automations across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
• Integrate HubSpot with Xero, Vbout, Hubexo (formerly BCI Central), and other platforms via API
• Data cleanup and CRM hygiene — dedupe, enrich legacy ACT! data, fix orphaned records
