Job description:
Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager in Insurance & Claims to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vessel casualties and emergencies on CMA CGM owned vessels, handling hull and machinery (H&M) and crew claims and overseeing the claims management process as well as on issues arising on chartered vessels operating from APAC region. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Asia Pacific, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective claims handling while minimizing operational disruptions and risks.
Key Responsibilities Handle hull and machinery (H&M) and crew claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Manage large-scale vessel casualties, such as fire, grounding, etc. and cases giving rise to General Average or salvage incidents.
