Opportunity Description
Purpose of the job: Reporting to Senior Manager: Human Capital Operations, the successful incumbent is accountable to manage and provide Human Capital generalist services (in the respective area) for the enablement of organisational goals as well as to ensure compliance with Human Capital Policies and Procedures.
Key Performance Areas Contribute to the development and implementation of applicable policies, procedures and processes. Keep up to date with effective policy and practice execution strategies. Manage the consistent application of all Human Capital strategies, plans, frameworks, standards, policies and procedures. Contribute to the development of all Human Capital governance systems. Manage the Human Capital business operations and initiatives to ensure seamless integration.
