The Challenges
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding candidates.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend suitable candidates. Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality candidate recommendations. Coordinate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company culture.Facilitate offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and maintaining a positive exit experience for departing employees.Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
