You provide support and assistance for the leaders’ growth and development by establishing strong relationships and liaising with our centres of excellence. You offer consultative services to support a wide range of leadership management opportunities within our unionized and non-unionized work groups. Collaborating within the broader People and Culture team, your team is a high performing and well-respected group of Human Resource professionals.
