Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) - Pharmaceutical

HRBP serves as a strategic and operational partner to the business, ensuring that HR practices support organizational objectives while maintaining full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and ISO standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage and oversee the licensing of all healthcare and pharmacy staff in line with UAE regulatory authorities (MOH, DHA, DOH)
