The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. HRBP supports functions such as R&D, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, ensuring talent, compliance, and culture enable business success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership – partner with senior leaders (e.g., R&D, Quality) to develop workforce strategies and align HR plans with business objectives, including expansion, product launches, and market entry.
- Talent Management – identify talent gaps in specialized roles, support succession planning and leadership development, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies for niche pharma roles.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, foster a high‑performance, compliant, and ethical culture, lead engagement initiatives and interpret employee feedback.
