Human Resource Business Partner

Position Summary/Purpose

The HR Business Partner works closely with management to drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and productivity. This role builds strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added services to both management and employees, ensuring alignment with business values and objectives. Additionally, the HR Business Partner provides project leadership for key HR initiatives and offers mentorship to less experienced HR professionals, fostering growth and capability within the team. This position supports the HR team in the Swiss and Dutch offices.

Main Responsibilities

Management and Support

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business leaders through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
