Role Overview

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing HR operational functions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism, as well as the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems & Process Improvement

• Serve as administrator for HR systems including HRIS, time attendance, and other HR applications.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all HR systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
