Role Summary
Senior HR/ Supervisor to lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for our Singapore office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR operations, compliance, and office administration run efficiently while supporting business growth.
The successful candidate will provide hands‑on HR support, supervise HR & Admin activities, and act as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR‑related matters.
HR Operations & Compliance- Oversee and manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, on‑boarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and off‑boarding.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements; stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to HR policies and practices.
