A reputable financial institution in the Ashanti Region invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians to fill the following vacancy: Human Resource Management Staff

Job Purpose

• Assist the Head of Human Resource and Administrative with the management of the bank’s Human Resources and Administrative functions to ensure the effective implementation of policies strategies decisions of the board of directors and compliance with modern work ethics

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum f a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution

• At least 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar HR position in a related industry

• Strong work ethic, customer-oriented and results-oriented and results-driven

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Suite
