We are seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to support the company's retail business operations in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and office positions Coordinate attendance records and payroll administration Support compensation and benefits implementation Conduct performance management and employee reviews Manage onboarding and employment documentation Handle employee relations and engagement activities Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements Provide HR operational support and reporting to the regional HR team Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience Familiar with Singapore employment regulations Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to work independently Proficient in English (written and spok...
